In this 2-day Kitchen Cutlery class, you will rough-grind, heat treat, final-grind and handle a kitchen knife under Scott's supervision.
Prerequisite: Prior knifemaking experience is hightly recommend as kitchen knives are some of the hardest knives to properly grind.
