This hand-forged Damascus Chef with Japanese wa-style handle is a wicked sharp and very stylish kitchen cutlery tool. Hand-forged by ABS Mastersmith E. Scott McGhee out of 1095/15n20 pattern-welded steel of his creation, it excels at a variety of kitchen tasks. It is thin, light, and comes with a beautiful flame grain Red Maple handle complemented by a blue Karelian Birch spacer and black Micarta ferrule. The knife comes standard with a presentation box.
